Customer Reviews Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)
These Terms govern your conduct associated with the Customer Reviews Service offered by TTI UK Ltd.
By submitting any content to TTI UK Ltd, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights or otherwise control all of the necessary rights thereto;
- All content that you post is lawful, accurate, non-confidential and not objectionable;
- Use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity.
In particular, you agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:
- That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
- That infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
- That violates any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
- That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, fraudulent, abusive, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, libellous, hateful, violent, discriminatory, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;
- For which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
- That includes personal or sensitive information about third persons or any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;
- That contains any computer or software viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
We welcome the submission of photos and/or videos with all reviews. For any content that you submit, you grant TTI UK Ltd a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right to publish, use, reproduce, distribute, exhibit, present, make available, broadcast, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world. This particularly but not exclusively comprises permission for the unlimited use of the content by TTI UK Ltd in future marketing activity, including but not restricted to print marketing, rich media including online, via websites, social media channels and mobile communication platforms. Your name as given with your submission of content may but does not have to be used by TTI UK Ltd within the scope of exercise of the granted right.
All content that you submit may be used at TTI UK Ltd's sole discretion. TTI UK Ltd reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on TTI UK Ltd's website that TTI UK Ltd deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms. TTI UK Ltd does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through TTI UK Ltd to edit or delete any content you have submitted, unless you provide evidence of circumstances which make further accessibility unreasonable. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within 15 working days. However, TTI UK Ltd reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of TTI UK Ltd, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.
You acknowledge that you, not TTI UK Ltd, are responsible for the contents of your submission. You agree to indemnify and hold TTI UK Ltd (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable legal fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that TTI UK Ltd and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative purposes.
